With the introduction of the Equal Pay Act on January 1, 2026, this is the perfect time to take action. The new legislation offers more transparency and makes it easier to demonstrate pay inequality.
But we don't have to wait until 2026. Right now we can fight together for what is fair. For everyone who has been underpaid in the past, this is the time to make your voice heard.
